Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Delivery times with Colissimo or UPS typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on order volume, with a maximum delivery time of two weeks from the order date.

Delivery Times
Shipments are made Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times:

• Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 3 to 5 business days

• Other destinations: Delivery times vary depending on the country

Please note these times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Reasonable delays do not entitle you to cancel your order.

Delivery Commitment
After order confirmation, Lilux Studio commits to handing over your package to the carrier within 7 business days. The carrier is contractually responsible for delivering your order to the provided address.

Taxes and Customs Duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, you are responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other applicable fees according to the laws of the destination country.

Liability
Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk. We recommend checking your package upon arrival and reporting any damage to the carrier within 48 hours.

Shipping Fees
All orders are shipped from our offices in Switzerland via Colissimo or UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: Lilux Studio does not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final, including vintage and unique pieces. Please carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.
